Starting June 9, 2025, Exchange Street between Walt’s Food (1100 E. Exchange) and Illinois Route 394 to the east will be completely shut down, including both lanes of traffic for approximately 75 days. Motorists will not be able to turn west at the intersection of Exchange street and Illinois route 394 and will not be able to travel east from Walt’s Food to access the intersection of Illinois Route 394 and Exchange Street.
