New Crete Gas Station
This is the vision for the corner of Exchange and Main. A new BP gas station and QuickRun convenience store are currently under construction and are expected to be open for business in late November.
The gas station is part of a multi-phase development plan for the area. In the second phase, plans include a small strip mall adjacent to the gas station, complete with a convenient drive-through option.
QuickRun will offer familiar conveniences, including a selection of cold and hot beverages, a variety of snacks, a seating area, and slot machines. The gas pumps will dispense E85 and regular gasoline, with plans to add infrastructure for electric car charging capabilities.
Developer Sonny Sahi says he is excited about opening the new business in Crete. He also praises the Village of Crete, particularly Village Administrator Mike Smith and Mayor Mike Einhorn, for contributing to the project running smoothly.
