The Records Section is responsible for the collection and preservation of all Police Department documents.
LOCAL COURT
Local court for the Village of Crete is the 1st Tuesday of every month at 9am, except election day and holidays:

REPORT FEES
There is a $20 fee for any approved Police report. This fee is subject to change and does
not apply to all report types.
TICKETS
Please pay any ordinance citations at the Crete Village Hall.
IMPOUNDED VEHICLES
Any motor vehicle used in connection with the following list of offenses, whether charged
by state statute or by local ordinance adopting state statute by reference, is hereby declared
a public nuisance and is subject to impoundment, imposition of an administrative fee and
release in accordance with this section and where applicable in accordance with 625 ILCS
5/11-208.7 of the Illinois Vehicle Code Tow releases may be obtained from the Crete Police Department 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Hours M-F 8am to 4pm, after hours utilize blue call box on outside of police department to summon an officer.
