The Crete Fire Department is strict about maintaining the privacy of patients. We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We will not release any information regarding patient care except under the provisions of HIPAA. Information will be released to the patient, legal guardian of minors, legal documentation authorizing the release to a certain person(s), authorization through court orders, and other provisions of HIPAA.
