Who Are We?
The Emergency Management Agency for the Village of Crete is a fully volunteer organization that provides assistance to Crete residents and neighboring communities during emergencies and times of disaster. We maintain a membership team of 10 to 20 men and women who leave their homes, families, and jobs at a moment’s notice to provide assistance when called upon. We meet every Tuesday night at 7 p.m. for training and planning.
How to Volunteer
If you would like to volunteer your time to our team, you may stop in at the Village Hall and complete an application that will be turned over to our membership committee for review. You must be 18 years of age, pass a physical examination, and undergo a background check.
