Garage Sales
A person shall be permitted to have up to 4 sales during each consecutive 12-month period. This does not include the Village Wide sales. A permit and $5 fee is required. Permits must be obtained from the Village Hall.
Garage Sales may be held for two consecutive days, between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00pm. If there is inclement weather and/or rain to the extent that you are unable to have your garage sale, you may notify the Village and a alternative date will be given without any additional fees.
You may post up to four signs advertising the location of the Garage Sale. Click here for more information on sign placement.
The Chamber of Commerce hosts Village-wide garage sale days, twice yearly.
