Appetizers for the Holidays

Appetizers, hors d’oeuvres, canapes, finger food? Regardless of what you call them, we will learn to build some dishes designed to whet your appetite and set the tone for any meal.
In this LIVE class on Zoom, presenter Kristyn Slick will guide you, starting from prepping ingredients and cooking each step until the dishes are completed and plated. She will be cooking alongside you, sharing instructions, tips and tricks throughout the class. Note: cooking is not required, it’s fine if you wish to watch only.
How to prepare: Purchase ingredients and gather your kitchen equipment from the provided recipes which will be emailed to registered participants ahead of time. If there are any ingredients featured in a recipe that are not your favorite or not available at the store, you can make substitutions or simply use what you were able to find.
