AARP Smart Driver Course

Take the AARP Smart Driver™ classroom course to save money on your auto insurance! Refresh your driving skills and knowledge of the rules of the road. Learn techniques for handling left turns, right-of-way, and roundabouts. Discover proven driving methods to help keep you and your loved ones safe. Cynthia Soltes, AARP Instructor, will lead this 2-day class, specifically designed for drivers age 50 and older.
The cost is $20 for AARP members and $25 for nonmembers. The fee is due on the first day of class. Pay with cash or by check made out to AARP. Credit and debit cards will not be accepted. Participants must register through the Library and attend both sessions to receive a certificate of completion. The class will continue on Friday, June 9 from 12–4 pm. You are welcome to bring snacks to eat during the break.
