Starting next week, your Crete water bill is getting a facelift. Residents will now receive a full-page bill with a return envelope instead of the postcard format.
This new format offers better identity theft protection and more detailed explanations of your service charges.
You can continue to pay your bill the same way you’ve done before: in person, online, by phone, by mail, or through the drop box at Village Hall.
Bottom line: same process, just a new look.
