Crete Emergency Management Agency (EMA) recently hosted a two-day Ground Search and Rescue training session for 11 agencies across northern Illinois.
Operating under the Illinois Search and Rescue Council (ISARC), professional volunteers practiced systematic woodland search techniques to prepare for missing persons call-outs, including individuals with dementia or those who wander off.
Thanks Crete EMA for always being ready to respond!
